We spent Christmas at a hotel and enjoyed exceptional service from the staff. They were very accommodating, allowing us to have dinner earlier than their usual service time. The restaurant staff were always available and very attentive to our needs. During breakfast, we were allowed to eat on the terrace, which was a highlight of our stay. The key location was also great, and the hotel provided easy access to the nearby attractions.
The decor was quite dated, and this may not be to everyone's taste.

The hotel staff was accommodating and eager to please guests, providing excellent service and making sure that everyone was happy. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with a terrace available for breakfast and good food at the restaurant. The room itself was comfortable, with all the necessary amenities.
Sadly, there is one major downside to this hotel.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly accommodating and made our stay very enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. They allowed us to eat at their restaurant before the regular dinner hours and made sure we were well-fed and satisfied. During breakfast, they even allowed us to eat outside on the terrace which was such a lovely way to start our day. The staff always made sure we had everything we needed, and we were grateful for their attentiveness.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The staff is incredibly accommodating, making our stay much more enjoyable. Despite arriving at a time when their restaurant wasn't yet serving supper, they quickly offered a solution and served us within ten minutes. They were also more than happy to accommodate our request for breakfast on the terrace. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
The decor is a bit outdated, which may not appeal to everyone. However, this is a minor gripe in the grand scheme of things.
